Dr. Granados, a Board Certified Family Physician, completed his residency in Family Medicine at Wayne State University in 1997 and has been in practice ever since. He is affiliated with Oakwood Health System and is on staff at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center in Dearborn and Oakwood-Annapolis Hospital in Wayne.
Dr. Granados has been awarded the degree of Fellow by the American Academy of Family Physicians and is actively involved in academic medicine, teaching medical students in addition to family medicine residents. He is a clinical assistant professor of Family Medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine.
His interests include Traditional Family Medicine, including a multitude of office based medical procedures. He also has a special interest in Bariatric Medicine, which is the non-surgical treatment of obesity. He is a member of the American Association of Bariatric Physicians.
